We are confident that you will receive your “Original Fire Reflector” in perfect condition. Each “Original Fire Reflector” is inspected before packing and has a sticker affixed to it with the packing date and inspector’s initials. The unit is packed inside a custom-made carrying case. This case in turn is put inside a heavy-duty cardboard box that includes corner protectors.

In the unlikely event that your “Original Fire Reflector” is damaged in any way upon arrival, you may return it to us within 30 days of arrival for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will not accept returns of a used “Original Fire Reflector”.

You will receive a user maintenance sheet with your “Original Fire Reflector”, with full instructions for its use and care. If you have any concerns about the condition of your “Original Fire Reflector” when it arrives, we strongly advise you to get in touch with us immediately at [email protected]. If you can see any evidence of damage to your “Original Fire Reflector”, please take photos of it.
