Warranty and Returns
MC Ranch Overland (“the Company”) is pleased to offer the following limited warranty (“Warranty”) for “The Original Fire Reflector” (“the Product”). This Warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and is designed to give you peace of mind in the durability and quality of our product.
This Warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase by the original owner (“the Warranty Period”).
What is Covered
The Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal and intended use. Specifically, it covers:
- Structural defects in the materials or components.
- Welding defects.
- Assembly defects.
- Defects that affect the product’s performance.
What is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.
- Alterations or modifications made to the Product.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions or natural disasters.
- Failure to follow the product’s care and maintenance instructions.
Warranty Claim Procedure
If you believe that your product is experiencing a manufacturing defect covered by this Warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact MC Ranch Overland’s Customer Service at [email protected]to initiate a warranty claim.
- Provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and the original owner’s name.
- Describe the defect and provide supporting photographs if possible.
- MC Ranch Overland will assess the claim and, if deemed eligible, will provide instructions for returning the Product for inspection.
MC Ranch Overland’s Obligation
If a valid claim is determined, MC Ranch Overland will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product. MC Ranch Overland reserves the right to use refurbished or new components or units for replacements.
Limitation of Liability
This Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects. MC Ranch Overland shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or any other economic loss.
This Warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which may vary by jurisdiction.
This Warranty is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Product was purchased.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping is not paid by our company. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
