Thank you for your order. Please review our shipping policy below for information on how we handle shipments.

Order Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, our team will prepare it for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package is on its way.

Delivery and Receiving
It is the customer’s full responsibility to monitor the tracking information and receive the delivery. Please be aware of the following:

Signature & Pickup: Shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available and your package is held at a local post office or shipping depot, it is your responsibility to pick it up within the carrier's designated timeframe.

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs: The customer is solely responsible for any and all import duties, tariffs, customs fees, and local taxes required by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and are not collected by MC Ranch Overland.
