It is designed to work with a LP Gas Cylinder and is a Type-1 connection device with the following features: The system will not allow gas flow from the cylinder until a positive connection to the cylinder valve has been made. NOTE: The cylinder valve must be turned off (clockwise) before any connection is made or removed.  A flow limiting device, when activated, restricts the flow of gas. To reset, turn the regulator valve to off position.  If you have any issues with your hose or regulator, please contact TemboTusk at Info@TemboTusk.com.   Rules to Live By: Never leave your TemboTusk Firepit unattended. Never use the Fire Pit indoors. ((Carbon Monoxide) For OUTDOOR USE ONLY. Adult use only.  Children are not to operate the Fire Pit.  Before attaching the propane canister check to make sure all your valves are in the OFF position and that the hose is in good working condition. Make sure all fittings are snuggly attached. Always light  the burner on the lowest setting. Use a long BBQ lighter or Tembo Tusk Arc lighter and light at the first hole on burner closest to the gas inlet. Wait for your Fire Pit to completely cool before touching it. This is not a cooking device. Always check with local law enforcement regarding fire restrictions.   Never use the Fire Pit indoors.  Carbon Monoxide is deadly.  Make sure that the Fire Pit is in a properly ventilated area outdoors. Never use the Fire Pit in a camper, tent, or garage. Propane gives off carbon monoxide. Too much carbon monoxide will cause a person’s oxygen level to be depleted and may lead to death. Make sure that the propane cylinder that attaches to the Fire Pit is up to date and in good working order.   Tighten all fittings on the tank and Fire Pit burner before use. Place the Fire Pit on a firm, level and nonflammable surface, away from brush or overhangs. To protect the ground, put the Fire Pit on a fire blanket, grab a flat rock or use an established fire ring. Keep the propane tank upright. If you hear or smell a propane leak, quickly turn off the burner, immediately exit the area and call the fire department for assistance. The Fire Pit will be hot during use and will take time to cool after use.  Use gloves to disassemble.    INSPECTING REGULATOR HOSE ASSEMBLY  The Regulator Hose Assembly is a pre-assembled unit. Do not take apart. Prior to each use, visually inspect the regulator hose assembly. If there is evidence of abrasion, wear, cuts or leaks, the hose must be replaced prior to the appliance being put into operation. To remove, use a wrench to loosen the brass connector on the hose. To reattach, wrench tighten the brass connector back to the burner assembly. CONNECTING REGULATOR HOSE ASSEMBLY TO LP GAS CYLINDER Check that cylinder is upright, and the valve is closed by turning the knob clockwise.  Check that the Regulator Control Valve is also closed by turning the knob clockwise.  Remove the protective safety caps from the cylinder valve and the Type-1 Coupling Nut on the regulator.  Insert the nipple of the large coupling nut into the cylinder valve outlet. Ensure that the coupling nut is centered properly.  Turn the large coupling nut clockwise by hand and tighten to a full stop. Take care not to cross thread the coupling nut onto the cylinder valve. Do not use tools to tighten connection.  NOTE: If you are unable to make the connection, repeat steps 4 and 5.  Check that the hose does not contain kinks, does not come into contact with sharp edges, and does not contact surfaces that may become hot during use.   GAS LEAK TEST INSTRUCTIONS Note: The gas leak test must be performed in an area that has adequate lighting in order to see if bubbles are developing. DO NOT use a flashlight to check for bubbles.  Create a mixture of 50% water and 50% liquid dishwashing soap.  Turn the gas cylinder valve to the OFF position (clockwise). Then turn regulator control valve to OFF position (clockwise).  To turn ON the fuel supply, turn the cylinder valve knob one turn counterclockwise. Gas will flow through and stop at the regulator.  Using a clean brush, apply the soap water mixture to the following: Cylinder Valve to Cylinder Connection Nut to Cylinder Valve Back side of Connection Nut to Brass Nipple Control Valve next to Regulator connection to Gas Supply Hose LP Cylinder Welds Gas Supply Hose connection to Burner on Fryer Full length of Gas Supply Hose  Check each junction for growing bubbles which indicates a leak.  Next, turn ON regulator valve (clockwise) to permit gas to pass through the hose. Apply soap water mixture to full length of gas supply hose and connection to burner on fryer. Check each place for growing bubbles which indicates a leak.  Turn OFF gas supply valve (clockwise) on LP Gas Cylinder.  Turn regulator control valve to OFF position (clockwise).  Tighten any leaking connections.  Repeat soap water mixture test until no leaks are detected. After you are certain there are no leaks, turn the tank valve and regulator control valve to OFF position. Wait 5 minutes for any gas fumes to evacuate before lighting the burner.  Instructions and Warnings WARNING! Numerous features are specifically engineered to suit harsh conditions, with the ridge air pole design providing excellent stability. Gone are the days where families are left spending too much of their touring and camping time reading instructions and pinching themselves on fiberglass or metal poles. The Air-Volution™ tent eliminates lost, broken, or forgotten poles and issues related to broken or jammed quick set-up frames! **ENGINEERED FOR ALL CONDITIONS** In 2016, the new Air-Volution™ AT-6 was tested under groundbreaking winds. Great forces were applied to all integral structural elements, including major A&B seams. Full recovery and no structural damage were recorded at 3.5 minutes of constant wind suspended at 69kph. The new improved fly now fully covers the air poles and the main body of the tent, increasing protection from the elements as well as improving the Air-Volution’s insulating properties. Structural integrity has been improved with stronger pole mechanisms. The shape of the air poles has changed, providing a spacious feel with the near-vertical side walls. The angled rear pole also provides increased stability. About Darche | Product FAQ | Warranty | Catalogue **WHERE IT ALL BEGAN** In 1991, Darche revolutionized the traditional swag market with the introduction of the Dome style swag. DARREN O’DWYER, the founder of Darche, with his wife CHERYL (DAR-CHE), embarked on an eastern Australia journey. Wanting a shelter arrangement that was quick, practical, and easy to stow, Darren used his imagination and created a canvas shell with fiberglass poles, and the dome-style swag was born. Realizing the need for a suitable and purpose-built factory to meet demand, Darche partnered with Australian supply chain partners, becoming the leading swag and canvas converter in Australia. Today, Darche is proudly owned by the Charles Parsons Group, who have been actively involved for over 20 years in supplying textile and trim componentry to Darche. Charles Parsons is the largest textile wholesaler in the Southern Hemisphere, with offices in every capital city of Australia, including offices in Fiji, Auckland, and Shanghai. The day-to-day operations of Darche occur in a warehouse facility based in Thomastown, Victoria, with a site area of more than 40,000m². Darche is overseen by experienced textile product developers, business strategists, and passionate staff who are outdoor enthusiasts with sound knowledge and experience. **OUR PROMISE** We are passionate, dynamic, and keen.
