Assembled well with its ingenious design. Cut a fallen maple that obstructed a trail. Went through the wood smoothly and the cutting itself was enjoyable. I think this is a very promising addition to my gear for trail maintenance.

This was my first experience with AGAWA and it will not be my last. Service was excellent, product ordered was shipped in a very timely manner and I was kept in the loop about it's status throughout. The saw itself is very well made and I am extremely happy with it. I will be recommending your company to all of my backpacking/camping companions. Thanks

The saw arrived and opened it up , locked in place couldn’t believe how sturdy this was when locked in place. Cuts very nicely. Always like carting a bow saw on my winter backpacking trips to process firewood better sometimes strapping the bow saw to my pack even tried removing the blade for ease of carry but the the blade is hard to transport. Best way is to roll the blade inside the cook pot. I more worries with this bow saw. The blade is tucked away and actually folded it fits inside the pack nicely. Should have bought one years ago!!

Stable, solid, effective. Plus compact to stash in my truck for deadfall roadblocks. Very happy with this.

I absolutely love my Boreal24! It is fast to fold/unfold, it is all one piece, no parts to get lost unlike all the other folding bow saws. And it is very rigid and sturdy while still being extremely lightweight. Agawa's customer service is excellent as well, a very important part of business as we all know. Initially I received the wrong blade with my saw, but I contacted customer service and they shipped the right one to me within 24 hours, at no additional cost. As a wildland firefighter, this saw is an important part of my personal gear, and I am proud to be the owner of such a fine piece of equipment, and the envy of my coworkers.

Those little folding saws that everyone uses in modern times are good for crafting projects and maybe firewood for a twig type stove. Bow saws are the mack daddy of large firewood chores. Problem is bow saws are almost impossible to backpack in. That's where the Boreal 24 is the clear winner. It easily folds up and can be put in a pack or strapped to the outside of a pack. I strap mine to my bed roll. Once the saw is unfolded it's a workhorse. Handles large firewood with ease, could probably fell a large tree if you had the proper wedges and I'm convinced you could build a log shelter or cabin with this saw.

This saw rips through firewood like no other! Thank you for engineering such a great piece of equipment that functions so well!

Shipping was fast! We used the 24" saw for felling and breaking down deadfall in the back country of Colorado over a 5 day pack in. Both blades chew through all we fed them. Love the design! Easy to deploy, pack and is always on whatever pack we are running with at the time. Thank you all for a fantastic product!

This is the best bow saw I have used. The portability of this folding saw allows me to pack it in several different ways and makes an immense difference in the processing of wood for whatever purpose you need. Definitely a BUY.

I keep the Boreal24 behind the seats of my Ranger Ford pickup. It is mounted on a rack I made. Very handy and is as good as any saw I have.

Great saw, much faster than a Silky. I highly recommend the Sidney Rancher II blade for dead wood. It is very fast and noticeably faster than the standard green/dry wood blade.

I really like how light and packable the 24” saw is. I always keep it I. The truck on standby

The saw is great! You should probably give the YouTubers free saw blades for all of the exposure they are giving you. In particular Lonewolf 902 and HikeCampClimb. I never would've purchased this saw if I hadn't seen it in action as much as I do on those channels.

This thing is amazing. My friend bought the 21 and at first I was joking with him about buying it but the more I looked into it and how well made and lived this saw us and the background as to why it was made, I bit the bullet and bought one of my own and let me tell you it is awesome and it eat through wood like a beast. I plan to always have my 24 in agawa and I will always suggest them to anyone who’s in the market for a compact fantastic versatile tool !!

This saw is a work horse. My group of backpacking buddies and I always bring the Boreal for out winter outings in the Adirondack park NY. This saw makes quick work of all the dead logs we buck up to keep the fire roaring. One stand out feature for us compared to other similar pack saws, is that the handle on this saw, compared to all aluminum framed saws feels warm in the hand on a 10 degree F. night. Its the little things that sometimes make it worth it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I’ve been using my new saw for over a month now. It has been absolutely fantastic. Coming from years of experience with the Sven saw, I can really appreciate the added clearance this saw’s frame provides. I also can’t say enough good things about the efficiency of the Sidney rancher blade. The simple deployment of the saw is also a treat. I’ve processed a considerable amount of firewood with it over the last 3 camping trips that I’ve used it on, as well as a decent amount on my own property when having campfires at home. This saw will definitely be getting a work out this coming winter to feed my hot tent stove. (FYI it pairs really well with a Gransfors Bruk small splitting axe)

I bought this for dirt biking and backcountry rides and it has been AMAZING! Durable, compact, simple and effective design, very sturdy and capable of tackling serious tasks. I don’t leave home without it. Last week I was on a 50 mile four wheeler ride and was stopped on the trail by two downed trees. I whipped out my saw and 20 minutes later the trail was clear! This thing is amazing!

Took the 24” saw on a backpacking trip for 10 days recently and was not disappointed. We were hiking at higher elevation for 10 days and the only wood available for fires was lodgepole which of you don’t already know is a very hard wood. This saw made it easy to cut plenty of wood in a short amount of time for our camp fires. Thank you boreal!

Spending 3 months on the road traveling the Northwest US and end in Fairbanks, AK. Drive or fly to Alaska. List of needed tools included 24" Boreal saw. It is always a talking point at the campfire when pulled out to utilize for campfire maintenance. My son-in-law (wilderness fire fighter) carries the 21" in his bag for necessary use. He loved as a Christmas present. Uses more than his Swedish axe... Please keep up the great work. Maybe a 30" in the future?
